Using this website
You may browse and share this site for your own information. Please don't copy its design, text or concepts for commercial use without our written permission.
Spec concepts
- The concepts on this site are unsolicited and unpaid. They show what we would do for each brand. They are not work for these brands: the brands shown have not hired us, approved the concepts or endorsed us.
- Brand names, logos, labels and product photos belong to their owners. We use them only to show a before and after.
- If you own a brand shown here and want it removed, email [email protected] and we'll take it down promptly.
Projections are not guarantees
Figures marked "example", "projection" or "illustration", such as the sample weekly report and the charts, are planning estimates. They are not results we've achieved and not a promise. Real results depend on your product, price, offer, audience and the ad platforms.
Who owns the concepts
A free concept stays ours until we agree a paid engagement. You may read it and discuss it inside your business, but please don't use or adapt it publicly without that agreement. Once you've paid for work, ownership passes to you as set out in our agreement.
Paid work
Every paid engagement is covered by a separate written agreement setting out the scope, price, timeline, revisions, ownership and cancellation. If that agreement and these terms differ, the agreement wins.
Free trial
The two-week trial is free: we charge nothing for our work during it. It covers edits made from the photos and videos you already have, a posting plan and a short report; we agree the details in writing before it starts. Website work isn’t part of it. New shoots are paid work, planned and directed by us. Ads are optional: if you choose them, you pay Meta directly, you set and can stop the spend at any time, and we charge no fee for running the trial test. If you don’t continue after the trial, the trial pieces and the concept are yours to keep and use. Anything paid after the trial gets a fixed naira price in writing first.
Liability
We take care to keep this site accurate, but it's provided "as is" for general information. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using it or relying on it, or for third-party sites we link to. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes go to the courts of Lagos State.
